The Allstar Youth Pool assignments for Week 1 at Northwest have been posted.  Please find your wrestler in this sheet and make note of his pool assignment.  The arrival times for the pools are as follows:
  • Pools 31-40 @ 1:15 PM
  • Pools 20-30 @ 1:45 PM
  • Pools 10-19 @ 2:15 PM
  • Pools 1-9 @ 2:45
You will report to the Aux Gym located across from the Main Gym at Northwest High School.

The Jackson High School Wrestling Program is comprised of students from 9th Grade to 12th Grade. There is a varsity team of 14 weight classes and a Junior Varsity Team.   The program is led by head coach Joe Knopick. Coach Knopick  is a High School Teacher at JHS.

The Jackson Middle School Wrestling Program is comprised of students from 7th Grade to 8th Grade.  The program is led by head coach Craig Brown. Coach Brown is a teacher at JMMS

The Youth wrestling program is run by the Jackson Takedown Club and is comprised of students in grades K-6.  The Youth Varsity Program is for grades 3-6 and the Biddy Program is for grades K - 2.  The program is led by head coach Jared Tentler.
The purpose of the Jackson Takedown Club is to undertake activities that will result in the Club’s ability to provide benefit and support the continuous improvement of the skill and performance of the Jackson Wrestling Program at the High School, Middle School and Youth levels.  The Takedown Club runs the Youth Wrestling Program and undertakes activites to support the Middle School and High School Wrestling Programs.

If you have more than one wrestler, please sign up for each individually.  Sign your wrestler up with the grade they will be in for the 18-19 School Year!  This is for the email lists only.  Youth Registration for the 18-19 Season will open later this fall.
